1. Physical Assistance & Personal Care Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Mobility Support: Helping the client move safely around the home, assisting with transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair), and encouraging prescribed physical exercises. Toileting/Incontinence Care: Providing discreet and respectful assistance with bathroom needs or catheter/incontinence supplies. 2. Health & Medication Management Medication Reminders: Ensuring the client takes prescribed medications on schedule. Vitals Monitoring: Tracking and recording basic health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, or blood sugar levels as required. Reporting: Observing and documenting any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition and reporting them to family members or medical professionals. 3. Household Support Meal Preparation: Planning and cooking nutritious meals based on the client’s dietary requirements and preferences. Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including laundry, dishwashing, and tidying the client’s immediate living area. Errands: Shopping for groceries, picking up prescriptions, or accompanying the client to medical appointments. 4. Companionship & Mental Well-being Emotional Support: Engaging in meaningful conversation, reading, or participating in the client's favorite hobbies (e.g., card games, gardening). Social Engagement: Encouraging social interaction and helping the client stay connected with friends and family. Safety Supervision: Providing constant "watchful oversight" to prevent falls or accidents, especially for clients with cognitive impairments like dementia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,231.81 per month
