We are looking for an experienced and dedicated UK Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for hiring healthcare professionals for UK-based clients, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK healthcare roles
- Source candidates through job portals and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with UK clients and candidates
- Manage documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements
- 6 months – 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in UK healthcare recruitment (preferred)
- Knowledge of roles like Nurses, Care Assistants, Support Workers.
