We are looking for individuals who are interested in obtaining experience in the healthcare industry and have a passion for making an impact on someone's life. Our company provides daily residential home care services for adults with developmental disabilities.
Job Description:
-Assisting our individuals with their daily personal care tasks (i.e. basic hygiene, grooming, getting dressed)
-Maintaining a clean and safe environment in and around the facility
-Using the company vehicle to provide transportation services for our individuals (as needed)
-Escorting individuals to their activities such as the park, movie theater, and museums (cost of tickets are provided by the company)
-Helping our individuals with self-administration of medications (with proper training)
-Documentation of behaviors, daily progress, and activities
-Attend staff inservices
-Light housekeeping duties
-Preparing meals
-Lifting, transferring, changing diaper
-Other duties as required
Qualifications:
-at least 18 years of age
-DSP Certification within 3 months of employment
-Provide proof of valid CA ID or driver's license
-Obtain CPR and First Aid certification prior to employment
We are hiring part time/full time for all shifts AM PM NOC
