Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including hospice care, Assisted Living Facility, home community care, and SNF. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
• Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior, reporting concerns to healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including lifting when required.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records of patient observations and activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted Living Facility, hospice care, SNF, or working with the edlery.
• Knowledge of first aid principles and patient observation techniques is essential.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Must have Medication Administration Certification
• Must have CPR/First Aid Certification
