Carrier Sales Representative – Logistics Brokerage

We are seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to build, manage, and optimize a strong carrier network that delivers reliable capacity and competitive rates for our customers. This role is responsible for sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring freight moves efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do

• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with qualified carriers
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity across multiple lanes
• Monitor market conditions to make smart pricing and capacity decisions
• Use DAT, Parade, and other load boards to cover freight and optimize lanes
• Work with Sales, Account Managers, and Asset Dispatch to support customer demand
• Track shipments and ensure carrier compliance, service, and billing accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or carrier sales
• Experience using DAT, Parade, or similar load boards
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
