- Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing assistance, answering product and service questions, and resolving concerns.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately scanning items, collecting payments via various methods (cash, credit cards, digital wallets), and providing receipts.
- Cash Handling: Counting cash, balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts, and accurately giving change.
- Returns and Exchanges: Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges according to store policies.
- Checkout Area Maintenance: Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Administrative Tasks: Generating sales reports, managing loyalty programs, and completing applicable paperwork.
- Inventory Assistance: Assisting with stocking shelves, checking for damaged products, and maintaining inventory records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
