Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively, handle cash, and upsell products will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing products as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with sales reporting.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a grocery store, quick service fast food restaurant, or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
