Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our catering operations. The role involves supporting various aspects of catering services, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and presentation during catering events
- Offer exceptional guest services and attend to guest needs promptly
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the catering area
- Support with setting up and clearing away catering equipment
- Collaborate with the catering team to deliver high-quality service
Skills
- Experience is preferred but not essential as full training
- Strong with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
- Culinary background or interest in the restaurant industry is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- This position offer 12 - 15+hours per week depending on bookings and events.
