Coolmore Stud are recruiting a Part Time Catering Assistant (20 - 25 Hrs) to work as part of the on-site Catering Team. The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the highest standard of food quality, presentation and service are achieved and maintained at all times.
Responsibilities of the Catering Assistant
- Assist with basic food preparation while maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
- Serve meals and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Keep kitchen, canteen and meeting areas clean and orderly.
- Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times..
- Support kitchen teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Engage positively with employees and handle basic queries.
- Operate as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Requirements
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
- Keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge
- Permission to work in Ireland
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
