We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CCTV Drain Survey Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting CCTV drain surveys, cleaning drainage systems, analyzing pipe conditions, and producing high-quality reports. Full training will be provided, but prior experience in the drainage industry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CCTV drainage survey equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of drains and pipelines to identify blockages, damage, and structural defects.
• Perform high-pressure drain cleaning to ensure clear flow and prevent future blockages.
• Accurately document findings and generate detailed reports for clients.
• Assist in diagnosing drainage issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Safe Pass certification.
• Manual Handling certification.
• Full, valid B Category driving license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual work.

Desirable Qualifications

• C Category driving license (highly desirable but not essential).
• Previous experience in drainage, plumbing, or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with drainage systems and survey reporting software.
