- Learn wellsite safety
- Learn major components of equipment
- Learn proper operating procedures for equipment
- Assist equipment operators with maintenance.
- Assist equipment operators with daily duties.
- Learn all completion fluid systems.
- Learn proper proppant and fluid testing practices.
- Assist Data Pump Operators/Engineers and Operations Engineers with pre-job testing and set up.
- Learn equipment operating and stimulation software.
- Assist engineer in proppant and chemical ordering.
- Assist engineer in completing a stimulation job.
- Communicate frequently with mentor and your supervisor.
- Learn Company integrated completions equipment while on location. Learn Company Standard Operating Procedures and
- become familiar with data acquisition and modeling systems.
- Comply with all Company safety rules and Company policies.
- Attend project team and technical review meetings at the district level, as possible.
- Learn and maintain good knowledge of oilfield chemistry.
- Perform all other job duties assigned
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, Excel, MS Word, etc...
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Multitasking, interpersonal communication and attention to detail are all required skills.
- Able to analyze problems by considering alternatives, followed by the systematic rejection of unacceptable alternatives.
- Makes decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
