Level II Dental Assistant
Location: Burlington, ON
Position: Part-time with opportunity for full-time

What We’re Looking For
- Level II Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in good standing with the ODAA
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong chairside assisting, sterilization, and digital charting skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Calm, professional, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A team player ready to grow with a high-standard, modern practice

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during exams, restorations, and procedures
- Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient records accurately using dental software (Akitu One)
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside care
- Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies
- Provide gentle, supportive care for pediatric patients
- Adhere to all safety standards and clinical protocols
Skills & Qualifications
- Level II Dental Assisting certification required
- Proficiency with dental software (Akitu One preferred; training provided)
- Knowledge of dental and medical terminology
- Familiarity with CAD/digital imaging is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
