Full-Time Level II Dental Assistant (Front Desk Focus)
We are a busy general dental practice offering comprehensive dental care and are looking for a full-time Level II Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily front desk-based, with occasional chairside assisting.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Insurance submissions, pre-authorizations, and billing
- Treatment plan presentation and coordination
- Managing recalls and follow-ups
- Answering phones and patient inquiries
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional chairside assisting as needed
Requirements
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant
- No minimum experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with treatment coordination
- Professional and patient-focused attitude
