About the role
This role will be responsible for Channel management sales for unitary products such as Ducted, Four Way Cassettes, One Way Cassettes, Hi walls for MMR-2 region (Thane, Navi Mumbai, Palghar, Raigad)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Management & Local accounts handling for Light Commercial business. Product line up included Carrier make fixed speed & Inverter type Ducted & Four way Cassette units, Carrier make Inverter Tower & Inverter One Way Cassette units, Toshiba make HI Walls, Toshiba make Inverter SPI Ducted & Cassette.
2. With subsequent time at Carrier, exposure shall be given to Carrier & Toshiba make VRF systems for commercial air-conditioning requirement as per current product neutral team approach.
3. Maintaining cordial relations with dealer network and addition of new channel partners for better market development of VRF & ducted sales. Ensure of channel health and their performance.
4. Achieving targets on both equipment sales & Margin to maintain healthy operations.
5. Focusing of Timely collection of payments from Market. More effort for collecting advances to improve branch DSO.
6. Forecasting of material for Inventory Management planning.
7. Generating inquiries and undertaking designing, planning and estimation activities by interacting/meeting demands of Architects, consultants, dealers & contractors.
8. Negotiation based on commercial and technical parameters.
9. Market & Dealer mapping, Identifying the potential & requirements, Business planning & network development in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Palghar & Raigad region.
10. Mapping Architects, TKC’s, Consultants, MSSD’s and to routinely organize meetings with them to create awareness about the new products and innovations and thereby increase the sales network.
11. Monitoring and close coordination with the post sales departments to ensure good after sales experience.
