Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who can handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow communication guidelines and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Fresher & experienced candidates are both welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/Customer Support (optional for freshers).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
