What We’re Looking For?
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar environment, as well as a strong culinary background, alongside safety, and compliance skills. The individual will be focused on quality and consistent execution of the food program.
Reports to Executive Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes in your assigned section with precision and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff and apprentices.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
