Per l'Hotel Il Pellicano di Porto Ercole ricerchiamo uno Chef de Rang.
La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione del rango di sala, dell'accoglienza e servizio personalizzato agli ospiti, del coordinamento con cucina e commis, della cura del dettaglio e del rispetto degli standard di servizio di alto livello.
