Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & SPA is recruiting for 2026 and offering the position of

Chef De Rang to the most enthusiastic and qualified candidate to join our 35 seater Restaurant 700 team (events up to 150 people standing).

Your responsibilities will include taking care of the mise en place, customer care, food and wine orders (the recognition of Apulian and Italian wines is a must), managing the tables and the environment of the restaurant, as well as cleaning together with the team.

Knowledge of Apulian and Italian wines and sparkling wines. You will be asked to pass on knowledge of the menus and all ingredients, including any potential allergens, to customers. To be considered for this important position, you must be proficient in the Italian language and fluent in English, language skills in German or French will put you at the forefront. You should have an exceptional attention to detail, both in your personal appearance and in your workplace. Excellent team player, should be willing to work flexible hours.

We are offering a full-time position the Season 2026 (from May to mid October with possibility of a renewal or extension of your contract )

Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & SPA sta offrendo la posizione di Chef De Rang al candidato più entusiasta e qualificato per entrare a far parte del nostro team del Ristorante 700 di 35 coperti (eventi fine a 150 persone in piedi).

Le vostre responsabilità includeranno la cura della mise en place, pulizia della sala insieme ai colleghi, cura del cliente, gli ordini di cibo e vino (il riconoscimento dei vini pugliesi e italiani è un must), la gestione dei tavoli e dell'ambiente del ristorante. Conoscenza dei vini e spumanti Pugliesi e italiani.
La verrà richiesto di trasmettere ai clienti la conoscenza dei menu e di tutti gli ingredienti, inclusi eventuali potenziali allergeni.

Per essere considerato per questa importante posizione, deve avere una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e fluente in inglese , le competenze linguistiche in tedesco o francese ti porteranno in prima linea.
Si prega di avere un'eccezionale attenzione ai dettagli, sia nel proprio aspetto personale che nel proprio posto di lavoro. Ottimo giocatore di squadra, dovrebbe essere pronto a lavorare con orari flessibili.

Offriamo una posizione a tempo pieno la stagione 2026 (Maggio - Ottobre) con un contratto determinato con possibilità di prolungamento
