Parathe Wali Gali is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook/Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and recipes.
• Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
• Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
• Ensure food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy hospitality venue.
• Relevant commercial cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $56,933.56 – $86,141.18 per year
