We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic Supervisor to help lead our childcare team and ensure the highest standards of care and education every day.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Designated Liaison Person (DLP) for safeguarding (training can be provided).
- Supervise and support staff to deliver excellent care and early years education.
- Organize staff training sessions (e.g., ChildPath, fire safety, manual handling) and plan CPD events.
- Carry out staff appraisals, providing feedback and supporting staff development.
- Gather regular feedback from parents and staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the manager to maintain high standards and increase the quality of care.
- Help with administrative and operational tasks:
- Staff rotas and ratio cover
- Meetings, policies, and parent communication
- Attendance tracking on ChildPath
- Step into rooms to support staff and maintain ratios as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 5 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within childcare.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the early years curriculum.
- Confident, approachable leader with great communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to train as DLP and become proficient in using ChildPath.

Pay: From €16.50 per hour
