We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic Supervisor to help lead our childcare team and ensure the highest standards of care and education every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Designated Liaison Person (DLP) for safeguarding (training can be provided).
• Supervise and support staff to deliver excellent care and early years education.
• Organize staff training sessions (e.g., ChildPath, fire safety, manual handling) and plan CPD events.
• Carry out staff appraisals, providing feedback and supporting staff development.
• Gather regular feedback from parents and staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with the manager to maintain high standards and increase the quality of care.
• Help with administrative and operational tasks:
• Staff rotas and ratio cover
• Meetings, policies, and parent communication
• Attendance tracking on ChildPath
• Step into rooms to support staff and maintain ratios as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 5 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within childcare.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the early years curriculum.
• Confident, approachable leader with great communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to train as DLP and become proficient in using ChildPath.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €16.50 per hour
