As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead multiple projects nationwide and contribute to a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and its people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple civil engineering and groundwork projects from planning through to completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and reports
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee site operations to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations
- Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to ensure successful outcomes
- Promote a strong safety culture and uphold company health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management or engineering within the civil construction sector
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to specification
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and setting out equipment
- Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
