Job Overview

Geetanjali Woodcraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage site coordination, measurements, execution activities, and project supervision related to door installations, frames, and interior execution work.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site execution activities.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and project assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, site engineers, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation work of doors, frames, and related products at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports and execution updates.
• Handle material planning, site coordination, and execution timelines.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
• Support project documentation and maintain execution records.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of construction and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical and architectural drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines efficiently.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Additional certifications in AutoCAD or Project Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in interior, construction, building materials, modular furniture, or door manufacturing industry preferred.
• Candidate from Navi Mumbai / Mumbai location preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
