Description:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our Geelong Civil Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their technical design skills while working on a diverse range of land development and subdivision projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

In this role, you will:
Contribute to the design and delivery of land development and subdivision projects.
Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation using industry-standard software.
Work closely with senior engineers, project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Assist in resolving technical design challenges and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Liaise with local authorities, service authorities and other consultants throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the business on a variety of exciting projects.
Continue developing your technical and professional skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Skills and Experiences:
You are a motivated Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience in civil design, ideally within land development or subdivision projects. You enjoy solving technical challenges, collaborating with others and are keen to continue developing your skills in a supportive environment. You will bring:

A degree qualification in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience working on land development, subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12d (or a willingness to further develop your skills).
A solid understanding of Victorian engineering standards, authority requirements and design practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
The ability to manage your workload across multiple projects while working collaboratively within a team.
Progress towards, or an interest in obtaining, Chartered or Registered Professional Engineer status (desirable but not essential).
