The Opportunity

McCallion Group is seeking a motivated Civils Foreman to join our team and work on a range of exciting projects across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Whether you have prior civils experience or are eager to start your career in site management, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading contractor.

What You Will Deliver

• Supervise and support day-to-day civil works, including site clearance and groundworks, car park construction and finishing, foundations and concrete works, deep drainage and utility installations.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
• Liaise with Site Managers and subcontractors to keep works on track.
• Maintain site records and support quality checks.
• Call off materials orders and sequence of work as needed.

What You Bring

• Experience in Civil Engineering (groundworks, drainage, foundations, paving) is welcome - but not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a busy site team and follow clear instructions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to travel to sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience managing teams of ground workers.
• Experience in carrying out temporary works on site.
