Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor labour work and maintain discipline at the construction site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
Check quality of materials and construction work.
Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on site.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Manage site materials and ensure proper usage.
Solve on-site issues and report progress to the project manager.
Ensure the project is completed within the given timeline.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of civil construction and site management.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Experience in construction site supervision (1–3 years preferred)

Work Location: Construction Site
Working Hours: As per company schedule

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
