Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor labour work and maintain discipline at the construction site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Check quality of materials and construction work.
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Manage site materials and ensure proper usage.
- Solve on-site issues and report progress to the project manager.
- Ensure the project is completed within the given timeline.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site management.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in construction site supervision (1–3 years preferred)
Work Location: Construction Site
Working Hours: As per company schedule
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
