About Us: Cell Tech is an IT solutions provider with workshops spanning Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We started in 2008 as a cell phone repair company and have since transitioned to providing repair services to local schools for their Chromebooks, tablets, ThinkPad's, and other devices. As we are a growing company, there are a lot of opportunities for growth and cross-training. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant & Warranty Claims Admin. About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant & Warranty Claims Admin, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our warranty and claims process. Your primary duties will include:
Coordinating communication between customers and warranty service providers.
Processing warranty claims with authorized manufacturers and vendors.
Handling non-warranty repair claims directly with customers.
Following up on pending claims and ensuring timely resolution.
Researching warranty entitlements and maintaining claim status records.
Responding to questions and concerns from both internal teams and external partners.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry across multiple platforms and systems.
Use Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables) to manage, analyze, and present data.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Manage high volumes of information with precision and excellent organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative tasks, claims processing, or data entry.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
At least a bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with effective time management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
