Amplifon New Zealand is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator, internally known as Claims Team Leader based at our Support Office in Takapuna.

About the role:

The Claims Team Leader will be responsible for processing insurance claims and supervising a small team, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team of insurance administrators, while also processing and managing end-to-end claims yourself
  • Claims management - oversee the entire claims process, ensuring all claims are handled in line with established procedures and timelines, including repairs and replacements
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting on key metrics and report on trends Continually improve and streamline processes

Education, experience and skills:
  • Previous experience in insurance claims, preferably Hearing Aid insurance or Home and Contents insurance;
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Analytical and process-focused with a strong attention to detail
