Class 3 Mixer Driver

Glenholme Ready Mix, a division of OSCO Construction Group, is currently seeking a Class 3 Driver for its Ready-Mix operations in Glenholme, Nova Scotia. Salary for this position starts between $24-$26/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safe delivery of ready mix concrete to construction sites
• Safely unload concrete
• General cleaning and maintenance of truck
• General cleaning and maintenance of the plant and yard
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
• MUST be able to drive manual transmission
• Equipment experience an asset
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Excellent customer relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility in work schedule (early mornings, days, evenings)
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
Able to stand for extended periods of time
