Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable skills in cleaning and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of common elements in a high rise condo including party room, lobbies, corridors bathrooms and garbage and recycling duties etc.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled shifts
- Maintain supplies inventory and notify management of supply needs
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Skills
- Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants
- Good time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail in all cleaning activities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
