Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in accordance with safety protocols.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Lift heavy objects safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required.
• Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
