Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Dispose of waste properly, adhering to environmental and safety guidelines
• Use specialized equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, or steam cleaners as needed to achieve optimal results
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
• Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation protocols at all times

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout shifts
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
