Location: Dublin 2
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: €35,000 – €37,500 per annum (paid hourly)
Benefits: Pension contribution and access to a group health insurance scheme (post-probation)
Clancourt Management is seeking a Cleaning & Maintenance Operative to join our team in a busy commercial district in Dublin 2. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the commercial property sector.

- Previous experience in an office environment
- A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and tasks

- A solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Energetic and personable with a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high standards of cleaning and maintenance throughout the premises
- Performing a mix of internal and external cleaning tasks
- Power washing, weeding, and litter collection
- Cleaning a variety of surfaces, including tiles, glass, metals, and carpets
- Cleaning reception areas, including dusting and mopping
- Maintaining hygiene in shower blocks, including shower trays, door handles, taps, sinks, and toilets
- Cleaning elevators, including dusting and applying metal cleaner
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness in car park and bin areas
