Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by following proper cleaning protocols.
• Execute janitorial and custodial responsibilities in various settings such as offices, or residential homes.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs to ensure seamless operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with sanitation practices and janitorial procedures.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and housekeeper responsibilities enhances your suitability for this role.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments can provide valuable insights into service excellence.
