Cleaning Supervisor – Dublin

Pay: From €17.00 per hour

Hexaclean Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

We provide commercial, post-construction, healthcare, office and specialist cleaning services across Dublin. We need someone who can take responsibility for teams on site, maintain high cleaning standards and ensure projects are properly completed before handover.

IMPORTANT: Applicants must hold a full driving licence and be able to drive. This is an essential requirement for the position due to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Allocate work and organise cleaners efficiently
• Carry out quality-control inspections
• Identify snags and ensure they are corrected before handover
• Complete digital cleaning checklists and site reports
• Take before-and-after photos as part of our quality-control system
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and staff performance
• Communicate with management, site managers and clients
• Train and support cleaning operatives
• Ensure Hexaclean procedures and cleaning standards are followed
• Monitor correct use of chemicals, machinery and equipment
• Work hands-on alongside the team when required
• Ensure health & safety and individual site requirements are followed

Requirements

• Full driving licence and ability to drive – essential
• Previous professional cleaning experience – essential
• Supervisory/team leader experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident managing staff and addressing poor standards
• Reliable, organised and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, photos, digital checklists and reporting systems
• Able to manage sites without constant supervision
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling are an advantage

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their sites. A Hexaclean supervisor is expected to spot problems before the client does, organise the team properly and make sure every job reaches our required standard before it is signed off.
