Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Manager who will focus on client relationships and the operational aspects of the collaboration. You will manage the capabilities and play a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

Responsibilities

Client communication and relationship management

Manage the capabilities and client team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution

Project manage clients’ communication plans, including timelines and budget

Review plans to drive greater value through innovation and better ways of working

Effectively lead and motivate the internal team to produce best-in-class work

Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients

Qualifications

+2 years of experience from an agency

Experience in media strategy and media planning

Knowledge of the marketing industry and media landscape in Finland

You are fluent in Finnish and English

You know how to structure your time and organise projects

You are a proactive team player who can push forward and get the ball rolling on key projects
