McSweeney Langevin is a very busy, team oriented Minneapolis mass tort law firm. We are increasing our staff and currently have an opening for a full-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant to manage client files. Our firm has a friendly atmosphere, a great team dynamic and appreciates our employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage Client Files
- Communicate with clients by phone/email/letter
- Obtain medical records/claim documentation
- Review and analyze medical records (previous medical record experience not required)
- Fill out forms, draft legal documents and other miscellaneous duties
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task
