We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Officer with knowledge of GST, Income Tax Filing, FSSAI, and other accounting & auditing services. The candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring service delivery, and supporting compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding GST, IT filing, FSSAI, and other compliance services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism.
- Guide clients on documentation, filing requirements, and statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely services.
- Support clients in understanding accounting and auditing procedures.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, accounting, or taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax filing, FSSAI compliance, and auditing support.
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
