Job Summary :
Client service executive should handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (For Key Accounts)
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their digital marketing needs including graphic design, Content writing, Search Engine Marketing.
- Work jointly with internal team to drive client deliverables
- Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices with cross functional teams.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to address client needs better, providing regular updates to higher management
Requirements :
- 0-1 year experience in Marketing and Advertising or Branding agency will be preferred in client coordination. Freshers with a flair for client coordination are also welcome
- Good Communication and Presentation skill.
- Ability to coordinate between multiple clients and cross functional teams on phone , in person and various channels of communication.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Team player
