- Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers on a regular basis
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Schedule meetings or appointments (if required)
- Maintain a polite, confident, and professional tone on calls
- Update CRM / Excel with accurate information
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
