Job Title: Telecaller Executive (1–3+ Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)

About the Role

Airexon Global Technologies Private Limited is looking for a confident and results-driven Telecaller Executive with excellent English communication skills and strong convincing abilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining professional relationships over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT services.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude during all interactions.

Required Skills

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or Inside Sales Executive.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confident communication and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in the IT Services, Software, Recruitment, or B2B Sales industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and lead generation techniques is an added advantage.
