Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing clients, understand their skincare and wellness requirements, explain suitable services, and convert leads into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.

Understand clients' skincare, wellness, aesthetic, and cosmetology requirements.

Explain company services, treatments, packages, and offers clearly.

Counsel clients and recommend suitable services based on their requirements.

Follow up regularly with leads and interested clients.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Convert enquiries into appointments and successful sales.

Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and sales targets.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with the clinic and internal teams for appointments and service delivery.

Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.

Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company SOPs.

Candidate Requirement

Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, Counselling, Customer Service, Wellness, Healthcare, Skin Clinicis preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of Punjabi, Hindi and English;

Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Training

Selected candidates may undergo 7–10 days of unpaid online training covering company services, sales techniques, counselling.

Timing-9:30 to 6:30 (One rotational off.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
