Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, objectives, and expectations for their events.
  • Event Planning:Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets that meet client goals.
  • Logistics Management:Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual setup, and accommodation.
  • Vendor Coordination:Liaise with and manage vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and ensure they deliver on their commitments.
  • On-Site Support:Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth execution, managing staff, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Relationship Management:Maintain and build strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Budget Oversight:Monitor event budgets and manage expenses to ensure all financial constraints are met.
  • Performance Tracking:Track and report on event performance, providing feedback and insights to improve future events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and provide solutions under pressure.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Creativity:Ability to develop innovative and customized solutions to meet unique client requirements.
  • Experience:Previous experience in event management, client servicing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
