Based in our Brisbane CBD office, we are looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant ready to take on new challenges and be a part of Moore Australia's continued strong and dynamic growth strategy. In your role as a client services coordinator in our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
- Provide accounting practice support
- Work with Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage client WIP
- Access MyGov and ATO portals and provide various reports
- Maintain contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Set up new clients and update client details in our databases and portals
- Lodge ITRs/BAS
- Prepare and send end of month bills
- Liaise with external bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC
- Prepare general client correspondence
- Provide assistance with virtual meetings
- General administration duties and team support as required
You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
- 1+ years' experience in an administration or client services role
- Proficiency with MS Office & Outlook (exposure to MYOB AE highly regarded)
- Proven ability to prioritise workflow and work proactively, as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (clear and concise verbal and written communication)
- A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
- A flexible, team-player attitude with the ability to take initiative
- A desire to deliver first-class service and motivation to go the extra mile
- A drive and passion for positively servicing our clients, both internal and external
