We are seeking a "Key Account Executive” to join our team at RoadCast.
In this role, you will handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and building strong relationships while maximizing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Build client relationships through after-sales service.
2)Ensure smooth client onboarding.
3)Communicate regularly with clients to address needs.
4)Resolve client issues and objections.
5)Maintain accurate client records.
6)Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly..
7)Identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
