Terrasparq Tech Pvt Ltd provides advanced IT service and support solutions to US-based operations. We operate directly in support of our clients with shared or dedicated services, helping them navigate the technology of the connected world.

Job Location : Zirakpur
Shift Timings- US Shift (7:00 PM - 4:30 AM)

Job Description

(1) Email Management: Review and respond to unread emails, identifying tasks that require action and collaborating with Sales Representatives and support teams as needed.

(2) Quote Creation: Collect necessary information from Sales Representatives for quote preparation, including company details, SPOC information, product SKUs, shipping priorities, and payment methods. Prepare quotes and send them for review, adjusting based on feedback before finalizing and distributing them to clients.

(3) Quote Processing: Mark approved quotes as complete and update their status in N.S to "Quote Won," ensuring all relevant details and notes are attached for the orders team. Verify details before converting quotes into Sales Orders, ensuring compliance with payment terms.

(4) Quote Revisions: Manage requests for quote revisions, confirming changes with Sales Representatives and promptly resending updated quotes to clients.

(5) Client Handover: Facilitate direct communication with Key Clients.

(6) Additional Support: Provide order status updates, assist with new part requests, help with pricing inquiries, and collaborate with the Purchasing Team on part availability.

Winning Factors- What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in client success, customer support, or sales administration. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent Communication and attention to details.
  • Candidate with 0-3 Years of experience are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
