Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinic Administrator, where you will lead the operational and administrative functions of our busy medical or dental clinic. This pivotal role ensures seamless clinic operations, exceptional patient experiences, and compliance with healthcare regulations. As a Clinic Administrator, you will oversee staff management, financial oversight, and the implementation of efficient office workflows to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing guidance on medical office procedures and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control using systems like Zoobook, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA privacy standards and CARF accreditation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with medical management teams to optimize practice workflows and improve patient care delivery.
  • Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
  • Oversee medical administrative support functions including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing inquiries, and patient communication.
  • Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Zoobooksystems, Epic or eClinicalWorks to streamline documentation and clinical workflows.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics related to utilization management and managed care to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical or outpatient clinic office management with strong familiarity in healthcare settings such as acute care or hospital environments.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare facility.
  • Proficiency in medical office software including Zoobooksystems, eClinicalWorks, or similar EMR/EHR systems.
  • Solid understanding of fiscal management principles such as budgeting, financial management, and billing processes within healthcare practices.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and CARF standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinic management or healthcare administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health services and EHR systems preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,331.41 - $66,635.68 per year
