We are seeking a highly organised, patient-focused Clinic Coordinator to support the smooth daily operations of our Galway clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a healthcare environment. You will act as the first point of contact for patients .
Patient Experience & Front Desk Management
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests.
- Provide information regarding clinic services, policies, and appointment availability.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for clinicians and treatment rooms.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the clinic management system.
- Prepare daily schedules, patient lists, and required documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, insurance queries, and issuing receipts.
Clinic Operations
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support onboarding of new patients and collection of consent forms.
- Coordinate communication between Nurses , management, and external partners.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and clinic policies.
- Support compliance with safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in preparing reports, audits, and operational documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinic, medical office, or customer service environment (preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-focused at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €16.00-€18.50 per hour
