Busy & Expanding Vascular Clinic | Dublin
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Private Clinic Manager to join a busy and expanding vascular clinic in Dublin.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Negotiable)
Salary: €45,000–€60,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Full administrative and secretarial support to the Consultant
- Managing the Consultant’s diary, clinic lists, and scheduling
- Ensuring the efficient running of clinics
- Liaising with hospitals, insurers, and external providers
- Managing medical billing, insurance queries, payments, and invoicing
- Overseeing staff payroll, stock control, and office supplies
- Maintaining and updating the clinic website and social media
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, patient databases, EHR systems)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous experience in a private medical practice, clinic management, or senior medical secretarial role preferred
