Job description

Receptionist/assistant clinic administrator

The role is for two days a week, Thursday and Friday. Current requirements are from 10.00am to 4.00pm. This may extend in the future.

Overall Roles

1. To manage the scheduling of appointments and clients through our practice management system and fee collection. (We use Cliniko PMS.)

2. To assist in the promotion and marketing of the services of our osteopathic clinic.

3. To assist in the practice management and basic accounting of the business.

4. To carry out online research as required

5. To ensure that all clinic and office spaces and surrounding grounds are kept hygienically clean, and maintained to a high professional and decorative standard at all times.

6. To manage the efficient use of clinic spaces by practitioners.

7. To become fully familiar with the integrated practice management, marketing, and accounting systems of the clinic. These include:

Cliniko

Cliniq Apps

Canva

8. When required to research topics, goods, or services to assist in the maintenance of the highest quality services of the clinic.

Knowledge, Skills, and experience required:

Good public management skills

Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Word & Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
