Description:
Fujifilm Australia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Applications Specialist - Endoscopy to join our Healthcare Business for ANZ team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. This is a newly created permanent, full-time position. As a Clinical Applications Specialist you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support and training on Fujifilm's endoscopy products. Your main tasks will include:
- Delivering comprehensive training and education to healthcare professionals on the effective use of endoscopy equipment and related products.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring optimal functionality of Fujifilm endoscopy systems.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations and support.
- Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and usage.
- Participating in industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay updated on advancements in endoscopy technology and share knowledge with stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of educational materials, including user guides, manuals, and training modules.
Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in the field of science, business or management.
- 5+ years’ s clinical and training experience in medical devices or the healthcare industry.
- Great communication at all levels, and sound technical know-how
- Someone who shows energy and a strong desire for clinical outcomes
- Willingness to travel across the ANZ region.
